Maria Adnan is a Dubai-born writer of Indian heritage, now calling Canada home.
With a background in hospitality marketing and copywriting, she has always believed in the power of the right words — to move people, to comfort them, to stay with them long after the page is turned.
Duas in the Dark began in the quiet hours of the night, written in the glow of a laptop screen to the rhythm of her daughter's breath.
Through her Little Duas, Big Hearts series and Lights & Love Press, Maria hopes to create books that children grow up remembering — stories that transport you back to a time of joy.
